• a resource for health issues associated with breastfeeding;
• a source of information about pumping and storing breastmilk;
• information about nursing bras and clothing for nursing mothers;
• an online community of mothers, nursing professionals and lacatation consultants.

The Breastfeeding Companion is a privately-owned company, and we are not affiliated with any governmental agency or charitable organization. We are funded by sponsors and affiliates who, in our opinion, provide important products or services to breastfeeding mothers and people who advocate breastfeeding.
